librdkit-dev software package provides Collection of cheminformatics and machine-learning software (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librdkit-dev
librdkit-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librdkit-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librdkit-dev *
You will get with librdkit-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
